A member verifies their email once. From then on ClubTier hands them the right role the second they subscribe, and takes it back the second they stop — in every server you run, without you opening Discord.

The job today
Nobody plans to run a paid community out of a spreadsheet and a search bar. It just happens, one member at a time, until the day you cannot remember who is meant to be in there.
Doing it by hand
With ClubTier
The dashboard
Who verified, what they are paying for, and when it was last checked against your billing. No cross-referencing a CRM against a member list by hand, ever again.

What it does to your server
Not “integrates with”. These are the operations ClubTier performs inside your Discord server and your CRM, without you opening either one.
Roles
Name a membership and ClubTier creates the Discord role, gives it a colour, and places it below its own — because Discord only lets a bot manage roles beneath it. A role created at the default position exists and can never be assigned.
Rename it, recolour it, delete it, all from the dashboard. You never open Discord's role editor again.
everything below is managed
Channels
Switch a channel on for a membership and ClubTier writes the overwrites: everyone denied, that role allowed. It can create the channel too — locked from the moment it exists, rather than public for its first ten seconds.
Take a channel away from a tier and the access actually goes. No leftover overwrite quietly keeping somebody in.
| Channel | @everyone | @Free | @Premium | @Mastermind |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| # welcome | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ |
| # masterclass 🔒 | ✕ | ✕ | ✓ | ✓ |
| # signals 🔒 | ✕ | ✕ | ✓ | ✓ |
| # inner-circle 🔒 | ✕ | ✕ | ✕ | ✓ |
Set once. A member who cancels loses the role, and every channel in their column goes with it.
Sync
Subscriptions come in from your CRM, from Stripe, or from both at once. Verified members go back out as contacts, tagged with what they are paying for, so your own automations can act on them.
A cancellation arrives by webhook in seconds, not on a nightly job. The nightly pass exists as a safety net, not as the mechanism.
What you get
Whether that is a course cohort, a signals room, a supporter tier or a private community that simply got too big to run from memory.
Every payment event maps to an access change. No cron job to remember, no moderator to nudge.
Single use, ten-minute expiry, and one email can only ever claim one Discord account.

Ask what you need at signup. Each answer lands where you tell it to in your CRM.
Every grant and removal with its reason. "Why does this person have access?" takes seconds.
Your money keeps flowing where it flows today. ClubTier reads the outcome and moves people between tiers.
Beyond automation
Automation moves people between roles. That is the easy half. The hard half is knowing whether it is still working — which permission broke, which product unlocks nothing, whose access is about to lapse. ClubTier watches all of it and tells you what to fix.
Community Doctor
Every few minutes ClubTier checks each server it manages — permissions, role order, integrations, who is paying and who can actually get in — and gives you a score with the problems listed underneath, worst first.

What you sell
Your whole catalogue in one place, priced, with the problem at the top: the things people pay for every month that unlock nothing specific. Those buyers get your general paid role and nothing they actually bought.

$715/mo of subscriptions attached to products with no membership behind them.

Predictions
By the time a cancellation reaches a report, somebody has had free access for a day. These are the problems ClubTier sees coming, and tells you about while there is still time to act.
Your CRM connection needs reconnecting
nowWhen it lapses ClubTier can no longer read who is paying.
Cancellations are arriving up to a day late
Stripe is not telling ClubTier the moment somebody cancels.
17 members lose access if that role moves
in 2dClubTier sits below @Premium and cannot assign it.
Connect a server and the first check runs before you have finished setting it up.
How it works
There are exactly three things to do, and only the first one involves you.
STEP 01
Sign in with Discord, pick a server, and say which roles mean free and paying. ClubTier asks to manage roles and channels — never Administrator, and it cannot read your members' messages.
STEP 02
A button in your server, an email, a six-digit code. Twenty seconds. No account to create, nothing to install, no password to forget.
STEP 03
ClubTier watches your CRM and your payment provider and moves people between tiers as their status changes. From here on you do nothing at all.
From their side
This is the whole member experience. A button in your server, the email they bought with, a six-digit code — and the role is already on them by the time they close the window.
Verify your membership
Confirm the email you used when you joined and your access is set up automatically.

Who it's for
The same problem wears four different costumes. It is always somebody hand-assigning a role they should not have to think about.
Your cohort lives in Discord, your students live in your CRM. ClubTier keeps the two lists identical without anyone comparing them.
cohort ends → access ends, on the day
Supporters get their channels the second they subscribe and lose them when they stop. No moderator polices a list of names.
tier 1 · tier 2 · tier 3 → three role sets
The whole product is the private channel. A shared login or an expired card should not be the thing that decides who is in it.
one email → one Discord account, enforced
Run every client community from one dashboard, each with its own server, roles and rules. One client's subscriptions never grant access in another's server.
one login · one bill · separate lists
For agencies
Connect a CRM sub-account per client and point each Discord server at its own. A client's subscriptions only ever grant access in that client's server — never anyone else's.

Pricing
Every plan verifies members and manages roles and channels. Start free on Stripe; paid plans add GoHighLevel and room to grow.
$0forever

$49/mo
One community, running itself.
$149/mo
Several servers, custom fields, and a staff account that is not you.
$297/mo
Agencies running this for other people's communities.
An active member is someone who confirmed their email in the last 30 days. Everyone else in your server never counts toward your plan.
Before you commit
No, and that is the point. Keep GoHighLevel, keep Stripe. ClubTier reads subscription status and turns it into Discord access — it never touches your money and never becomes your payment processor.
No. They press Verify in your server, type the email they bought with, and enter a six-digit code. About twenty seconds, no signup, no password, no app.
Their paid role comes off and the channels it unlocked disappear for them, with the reason logged so you can always show what happened and when. Through a CRM that is within seconds; through Stripe it is the next daily check. They keep their account and can resubscribe any time.
Manage Roles and Manage Channels, plus seeing channels and posting the verification panel — and Kick, Ban and Timeout only if you want to moderate from the dashboard. Never Administrator, and it cannot read your members' messages.
No. ClubTier creates the verification channel, the staff log channels and the roles, and writes the channel permissions for each tier. The one thing it cannot do is raise its own role in Discord's list, and it tells you when that needs doing.
An email links to one Discord account per server. A second attempt with the same address is refused and flagged in your staff channel, because that is usually two people sharing one purchase.
Yes. Connect one CRM sub-account per client and point each Discord server at its own. A client's subscriptions only ever grant access in that client's server, and every lead records which client it came from. One login, one bill.
Encrypted, in the EU. Export your leads as CSV whenever you like, and deleting your account deletes them.
Connect your first server in two minutes and let the roles sort themselves out from here.
